Here are a few free Arizona Topo maps for your Garmin or any other GPS units. These maps are free for downloading and use in GPS units or PDAs.

Phoenix and Superstitions (Topographic map by Loren Howell)

Transparent 25 ft. contour map of most of Phoenix and the western Superstition mountains. 111.10′W to 112.10′W, 33.10′N to 33.50′N. Tested on Garmin Nuvi 250W. Copy “gmapsupp.img” to the “Garmin” folder (where your other .img map files are located) on the “Garmin” drive that becomes visible when you plug in the USB cable.
