Hello. I want to purchase a Live GPS tracker that has no connection with the telephone operator (SIM card). That followed the object should be available streamed live over the Internet or in any other way. Also, the device should operate in Lithuania. I could pay a monthly subscription fee but not to the telephone operator. Because in my country they do not provide data protection.
