GPS tracking gadgets are just getting cooler all the times. Now, you do not have to simply get a small box and stick it on your car or in your pocket. New York is seeking to create a new bill to allow tracking devices in the homes of the domestically violent. The plan is to use these to reduce the numbers of violent situations.
