RX Networks Empowers Telit Wireless Modules with Cell-ID Location
Industry News | GPS Software Hub | March 4, 2013 at 9:49 am“Many of our customers only require city-block level accuracy for positioning. Since a cellular transceiver is already on the module, m2mLOCATE can enable location support without the added cost of the GNSS apparatus,” said Dominikus Hierl, chief marketing officer at Telit Wireless Solutions. “Customers who require finer accuracy can add GNSS support to their device and benefit from m2mLOCATE’s ability to enhance GNSS performance in difficult conditions.”
m2mLOCATE is available to-date for Telit’s GE864 family, GE865, GL865-Dual and Quad as well as the GC864-Quad V2 modules.
